Congratulations to Donald Sinn on his new heat pump!  Donald lives in Tompkins county and made the decision to switch his home energy source through the Finger Lakes Climate Fund and the Mobile Home Pilot Project!

Before he had his new heat pump, Donald relied on a kerosene furnace to heat his home. The temperatures were inconsistent, and he had to manage fuel deliveries, which were often inconvenient and aggravating.

Since Halco came and installed the new system, insulated the bottom of the house, and cleaned the ducts, Donald has experienced a higher degree of comfort in his home and doesn’t have to deal with fuel deliveries.

Thanks to Halco and Sustainable Finger Lakes, Donald was able to upgrade his energy source.  His decision to switch energy sources will also keep 79.4  tons of CO2 out of the atmosphere!
