After retiring, Sue was eager to travel. This year, she was able to make the long journey to New Zealand to visit her son!
Mindful of her impact on the planet, she lives by the motto, “live simply so others can simply live.” She had supported the Finger Lakes Climate Fund for years, but when her synagogue, Tikkun v’Or, started a Carbon Race Team, she became more diligent about offsetting all her travel.
What she loved most was knowing her offsets didn’t just address her CO₂ emissions, they helped local families too.
Thank you, Sue!
